The moderators said they had reviewed Anne’s published account and the material being circulated publicly. They wrote that they did not believe the record supported the most serious labels being applied to Joanna. They separated information that may have originated with Tonks from proof that Joanna had directly coordinated with him, questioned the timing of the employer report, and described the visible conflict as looking more like a painful friendship rupture than proof of serious wrongdoing. They also said one theory about Joanna’s employer was only an inference and invited readers to disagree or produce contrary evidence.
